Who am I ?

I spent 30 years in the French Army, including 9 years in the Foreign Legion, always as a commander (from 30 to 1,000 people). At the head of my men and women, I've lived all the powerful moments a leader can experience on a mission, both in mainland France and on the 3 continents where I've been called upon to serve.

Driven by the desire to pass on my knowledge, I'm here to work with you to solve your challenges by drawing on what the circumstances and the exceptional men and women I've had the good fortune and honour to know have given me.

I am convinced that many of the values, relationships and practices at work in this elite unit can be applicable to other organisations.
